Copyright and Usage:
The Videographer retains copyright ownership of all footage of Commercials, Hype and wedding videos. The Client agrees not to use, distribute, reproduce, or display the videography work, in part or in whole, on any commercial purposes, including but not limited to websites, marketing materials, advertisements, or any other business-related activities, without obtaining written permission from the Videographer. However, the Client is granted personal usage rights to share the video on any social media for non -commercial purposes, including sharing it with family and friends only.
The Client agrees that the Videographer may use portions of the footage or the final video for promotional purposes, including online portfolios, social media, and website showcases.
